About Captain TC
Tony Creaney is an established UK based Tour and Production Manager who has served a full 22-year career as an Officer in the Royal Marines. In 2010 he decided to start looking at new career options, and the logical path led to tour and production management.
Much like his military career, he worked his way up, starting by selling merchandise at shows (whilst still serving) and going through the ranks of backline teching and stage management, to becoming one of the most sought after tour and production managers. His career progression means that he has a firm grasp of how every element of a show runs.
Over the years he has worked with artists such as Kim Wilde, Howard Jones, Vanessa-Mae, OMD, Erasure’s Andy Bell, Thompson Twins’ Tom Bailey, Johnny Hates Jazz, Emily Dolan Davies and one-off productions with Beverley Knight, Tony Hadley, ABC, Midge Ure, Go West and many more. He’s assumed a variety of roles including Tour Management, Production Management and Stage Management.
